Cail Pressure Pro LLC offers temporary professional Christmas lights: we custom cut and fit lights to your home or business, install them professionally, maintain them while they are up, remove them once the season is over, and store them year-round for you.
We use company-supplied, commercial-grade lights. Every job is scoped to your property and priced with a custom quote. Permanent year-round lights are a separate offering.
Family-owned and Christian-operated, we serve York County, Upstate South Carolina, and the Charlotte area. Lighting is quoted by request and may not appear in our exterior-cleaning instant quote tool.

What is included
Design & install
Custom layout, cut and fit with commercial-grade lights and hardware.
Maintenance
Normal lighting failures and installation issues during the season are included.
Take-down
We remove the display after the season and leave the property tidy.
Year-round storage
We keep company-owned lights organized and ready for next season.
3-year price lock guarantee
The original scope stays at its seasonal price for three consecutive seasons when renewed each year and substantially unchanged.
Quotes & scheduling
- Custom scope: We quote coverage, linear footage, color, and requested details. There is no published flat package price.
- Deposit: Locks preferred installation scheduling.
- Balance: Due at installation.
- Install: No earlier than October 1st.
- Take-down: After December 31st, normally January or February, based on scheduling, weather, and safe conditions.
- Referrals: 10% off per referral that books, up to 30%.

Permanent year-round lights
Permanent lighting is not the same as our seasonal package. These systems stay on the structure for holidays, celebrations, and everyday curb appeal.

- Materials: Unless the estimate says otherwise, company-supplied lights, clips, timers, wire, wreaths, garland, and related materials remain Cail Pressure Pro property. Your quote covers seasonal service, not purchase of the lights.
- Maintenance: Normal failures and installation issues are included. Severe weather, animals, alterations, and electrical problems may carry an additional service charge.
- Electrical access: You provide safe, functioning outlets and adequate electrical service.
- Deposits: A deposit may become non-refundable once materials are purchased, prepared, cut, customized, or allocated.

What is included?
Temporary professional lights with custom cut and fit, installation, maintenance while up, removal, and year-round storage using company-supplied commercial-grade lights.
How are jobs priced?
By custom quote scoped to your property. We do not publish a one-size flat package price.
Is there a price lock?
Yes. The original scope is eligible for a 3-year price lock across three consecutive seasons when renewed each year and substantially unchanged. Skipping a season forfeits the lock; additions are priced separately.
When do you install and take down?
Install no earlier than October 1st. Removal normally happens in January and/or February after December 31st, based on scheduling, weather, and safe working conditions.
Who owns the lights?
Unless your estimate says otherwise, supplied materials remain Cail Pressure Pro property. The price is for complete seasonal service, not purchase of the lights.
Do you serve homes and businesses?
Yes, including churches and community buildings when the scope is a good fit.
What about permanent lights?
Permanent year-round lights are a separate offering and are quoted separately.
